It is fall in the mountains, the aspens are slowing starting to turn and the reds are coming out in the Mountain Wedding Garden. August was pretty dry this year which led to a lot of flowers and grass in the surrounding mountains to dry up. Soon we will be seeing snow on the mountain tops and the aspen trees will be in full bloom right around September 22nd (according to Joe Fitzpatrick, our Town Manager). If you are planning a September wedding and are holding your reception in the Pavilion be prepared for cool nights. Remind your guests to bring jackets and maybe you could supply a few baskets with blankets, use the fire pit, and maybe even a propane heater or two. All of these pictures were taken on September 11, 2017.
